Description You will be reporting into the Financial Controller and will be working as part of an inclusive and friendly finance team of 4. Your role will be varied, and duties will include, but will not be limited to: Producing management accounts for c. 4 entities Analysing financial information to assist business profitability and growth Producing financial statements including P&L's, cash flows, variance analysis and commentaries Producing month-end journals, accruals and prepayments for both income and expenditure Managing capital expenditure Cash and debtors reporting Reconciling stock, sales releases and intercompany transactions Reporting of expenses Producing commercial analysis and KPI dashboards Overseeing payroll Supporting junior staff members Improving processes across all accounting roles & functions Profile My client is keen to consider candidates from all qualification levels e.g. qualified by experience, AAT Qualified and Part-Qualified, ACCA / CIMA Studiers etc To be considered you must: have a proven track record of working in finance have experience of working in management accounts live within a commutable distance to Grantham Job Offer £35,000 - £45,000 (dependent upon experience) Full time or part time hours (the latter would be 4 days PW) 20 days holiday plus bank holidays Standard hours are 9-5:30 but these can be slightly varied Potential for study support Free onsite parking
