We are currently recruiting for the following shift patterns to work in our coffee shops on our Bristol sites:
* 37.5 hours - 5 days in 7
* 20 hours - 4 days in 7
* 17.5 hours - Thursday and Friday
Main duties of the job
Your day-to-day activities will include:
* Working with a team who are responsible for providing a seamless café experience to customers
* Serving patients, visitors, and staff
* Completing relevant checklists and other paperwork related to the role
* Supporting new employees into the team
* Undertaking stock takes as necessary
* Preparing food & coffees in an aesthetically pleasing manner
* Providing outstanding customer service in the retail units
The ideal candidate will:
* Have experience of working in a coffee/retail environment
* Be used to working in a busy environment
* Have a friendly, approachable personality, with a good work ethic

Person specification
Education and Qualifications
* Basic Education – Reading and writing plus basic numeric skills
* NVQ Level 1 or Retail Catering Experience in a similar field
Experience
* Retail or catering experience
* Previous NHS experience
Skills and Abilities
* Able to use café equipment, including till and coffee machines
* Able to follow verbal and written instructions; for example, when adhering to cleaning schedules
