Job Title: Support Worker
Location: Harrogate (must be commutable)
Salary: £11.75 per hour plus benefits
Job type: Full Time 37.5 hours per week.

The Role:
As a Support Worker, you will use a digital app called Nourish, where all care and support plans of the people we support are held. Experience with digital or mobile apps is desirable; however, full training will be provided.
We are a small, friendly care home supporting 4 young adults with physical and learning disabilities within their home and in the community in Harrogate. We now have a vacancy for a relief weekend/holiday support worker to join our strong and supportive team. Weekend hours can be set or flexible to fit in with your home life.
