JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Senior Account Executive Contract: Full time, permanent Salary Range: £26k-£28k Location: Office-based at 2 Pilots View, 18 Heron Road, Belfast BT3 9LE, with option to work remotely up to 2 days per week Start Date: Jan/Feb 2025 WHO WE ARE Elevator is a marketing and PR agency specialising in experiential and promotional campaigns, social media and consumer public relations. Every single brief is looked at individually and gets our time, energy and expertise to devise a custom-built solution using our portfolio of tactics and skills which include on-pack promotions, experiential campaigns, social media content, public relations, trade & retailer incentives and digital solutions. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for someone with 1-2 years marketing experience to join our client services team to help grow our business and to contribute to the amazing work we deliver for our clients. Day to day, we deliver effective, brand-building work for our clients including shopper marketing, experiential campaigns and on-pack promotions. We also create engaging and meaningful content for their social media channels so we need someone who is social media savvy and can come up with ideas - and then make them happen. We work hard to ensure our campaigns are best in class and delivered on brief, on time and on budget. Youll be working as part of a creative and committed team who treat our clients brands like they are our own. Youll be full of big ideas, but also a real stickler for detail. Well train you and mentor you in promotional marketing to enable you to work across the clients and brands we represent, but we'll expect you to be able to hit the ground running in terms of your relevant client service experience and understanding of marketing and campaign management MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Devise and deliver integrated marketing campaigns for our clients brands Prepare client proposals and presentations Oversee the creation and scheduling of social media content Manage internal and external creative resources such as designers, videographers and creators Collaborate with the wider team to create and amplify campaigns across multiple touch points Track and measure campaign effectiveness and prepare and present end of campaign reports Manage budgets and suppliers You are: Full of ideas with strong interpersonal skills and a customer service ethos You will be confident working with designers, photographers, videographers, printers and a range of specialist suppliers to bring our campaigns to life An excellent communicator who is happy to present to clients, brief designers & collaborators and negotiate on behalf of your clients As part of the campaign delivery team, you will be used to working to deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously A confident social media content creator, ideally with experience of devising and managing social media content Comfortable with managing campaign budgets and delivering on client KPIs A strong writer, who can set out a campaign proposal or strategy, draft witty and engaging social media content, and collate detailed and accurate campaign reports. Super-organised and a great team player. But, of course, youll be able to work on your own when necessary. Personally ambitious, you push yourself to keep learning and to keep achieving. CRITERIA: Graduate degree or equivalent qualification. 1-2 years experience in a role where delivering marketing campaigns and managing social media content was your primary responsibility Experience of managing social media accounts across multiple platforms including content creation and managing paid social media campaigns Experience of measuring return on investment or performance of paid spend Ability to multi-task and work well under tight deadlines in a busy environment Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal English communication skills UK Driving Licence and access to a car would be desirable, but not essential.
