Manage design projects and requirements for both internal and external use, from brief to delivery. Design a variety of digital and print-ready assets, including social media graphics, website elements, marketing materials, digital/print ads, signage, and more. Develop brand assets such as logos, typography, and other design elements. Act as a brand custodian and gatekeeper to ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice for all Group companies and channels. Manage brand guidelines and create templates and tools for colleagues to ensure consistent brand application across the business. Work both independently as well as collaboratively with the wider comms team and other stakeholders to meet deadlines. Advise and support internal stakeholders on their design requirements and to develop graphic direction, concepts, and specifications for assigned projects. Produce short videos for social media and online platforms that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our target audience. Keep up with the latest design trends and best practices to continuously bring fresh and innovative ideas to the business. Collaborate with agencies, where required, for print, photography, video, or other digital content. Essential Skills and Experience: Minimum three years’ experience with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop. Experience in Canva for basic design and quick turnaround projects. Excellent creative and conceptual design abilities with a portfolio showcasing your work. Experience in the development and application of brand guidelines. A keen eye for detail and high accuracy in design execution. High level of verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and adept in meeting deadlines. A professional approach to time management, costs, and project execution.
