Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our team in a hybrid working capacity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, providing expert HR guidance and support to employees and management. The ideal candidate will be CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards it) and have a strong background in HR advisory roles, employee relations, and HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and employment law.
* Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance processes, ensuring compliance with legal and company guidelines.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to enhance workforce engagement.
* Assist in implementing HR initiatives, such as performance management, learning & development, and well-being programs.
* Maintain HR records, policies, and documentation in line with GDPR and compliance requirements.
* Contribute to HR projects, driving continuous improvement in HR processes.
* Work closely with stakeholders to support business objectives and foster a positive work culture.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in an HR advisory role, supporting managers and employees.
* Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards it).
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to manage multiple HR cases while maintaining attention to detail.
* Experience in handling employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
* Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing office and remote work effectively.
