Overall Objective: Assist Site/Project Manager with all day to day activities on civil engineering schemes valued between £0.5 m to £ 5 m. Key Accountabilities: Ensure full compliance with Company Safety, Environmental and Quality Management Systems Assess the environmental impact and risks connected with individual tasks Assist with preparation and review risk assessments and method statements Ensure technical compliance and the safety of all operational activities Assist monitoring progress against programme, take off and call off materials in advance of work Assist with daily and weekly progress reports, variation reports for the scheme Assist preparation of detailed weekly lookahead programmes Schedule and manage resources to deliver site works Provide accurate records and measurement details to enable the Quantity Surveyor to prepare monthly valuations Support the planning, design and management of projects Manage information flow and identify technical queries Ensure exceptional levels of customer care It is not possible for this document to totally encompass or define all tasks that may be required of the post holder.
