We love what we do. We are seeking a hands-on Manager, Technology to oversee and execute technology project delivery for our UK and EU brands. This role ensures that global technology initiatives are adapted to meet local requirements while managing coordination between local brands, shared services, and URBN technology teams. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management capabilities with operational expertise, directly leading a small team of analysts while collaborating with US-based teams for project execution. Additionally, this role will oversee first-line support for local teams and systems related to merchandising, planning, supply chain and eCommerce support. Coordinate the delivery of global technology projects for UK/EU brands and shared services, ensuring compliance with regional operational and regulatory requirements. Serve as the primary point of contact for UK/EU during project implementation, liaising with US-based project teams and local business units. Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure successful delivery. Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Provide and oversee first-line support for brand and shared service teams in the UK, resolving issues related to merchandising, eCommerce, supply chain and finance systems. Monitor and manage the performance and reliability of local systems, coordinating with global teams for escalations when necessary Extensive experience in technology project management, preferably in retail or eCommerce. Demonstrated ability to deliver technology solutions in multi-national, matrixed environments. Familiarity with retail technology systems, including merchandising, planning, eCommerce, and supply chain systems. Excellent leadership skills with experience managing small, high-performing teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
