Platinum Recruitment is working with an award winning Plant Hire company. This is an opportunity for an experienced Parts Advisor to join their team based in Radlett. This role will consider candidates from other industries as long as they have proven experience as a Parts Advisor.

Your responsibilities as a Parts Advisor will include:
* Monitor stock levels – ensuring that key parts are available for engineers
* Returning parts to suppliers
* Support the department in upselling parts to create revenue for the business
* Raise and escalate part shortages
* Ability to find parts through a system
Experience essential for this role as a Parts Advisor:
* Experience working as a Parts Advisor
* Budget experience preferable but not required
* Experience searching parts on database
* Stock control
* Friendly manner on phone
* Great communication and problem-solving skills
