What We’re Looking For Qualification – Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD) qualification and a valid UK NMC Pin. Experience – Minimum of one year in a nursing home setting. Knowledge – Experience in writing and implementing person-centred care plans. Must live within 30 minutes of Sleaford. Support and guide care staff to provide personal care and assistance with daily activities such as washing, dressing, and eating. Administer medication safely and ensure accurate record-keeping. Promote residents’ dignity, independence, and choice at all times. Maintain up-to-date nursing care plans and ensure effective documentation of residents’ wellbeing. Ensure compliance with all mandatory training and participate in additional training as required.
