The Role
The successful Residential Conveyancer will:
* Manage acaseload of up to 50 residential conveyancing files(appropriate to experience level), handling all aspects from instruction to post-completion.
* HandleSales & Purchases of Freehold and Leasehold properties, Re-mortgages, and Transfers of Equity.
* Gain or further develop exposure toNew Build Transactions and Shared Ownership Schemes(desirable but not essential).
* Work efficiently withCase Management Systemsand theLand Registry Portal.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
The Ideal Candidate
The firm welcomes applications from conveyancers at all levels, including:
* Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, CILEX professionals, or experienced conveyancerswith relevant experience.
* Individuals with experience managing residential conveyancing transactions independently.
* Those with astrong client-focused approach, excellent communication skills, and a high level of accuracy.
* Candidates who areIT literateand comfortable usingCase Management Systems.
* Conveyancers with commercial property experience (desirable but not essential).
