Finance Administrator
Immediate start, part-time hours three days per week 9am till 4pm (Thursday is essential, flexible on days two & three either Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday). Temporary position, NN17 1QE.
Due to continued success, a head office location of a small local manufacturing company that provides services throughout the UK & Ireland has an exciting opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join them. You will provide support to the Finance Director:
* Providing day-to-day support to the Finance Director
* Posting sales & purchase invoices onto the system
* Requesting copies of invoices from suppliers when required
* Matching P.O.D.s with invoices, liaising internally and with suppliers regarding any discrepancies
* Processing time-sheets and expenses for payroll
* Administrative support related to the department
We expect the successful Finance Administrator to demonstrate a good eye for detail and strong working knowledge of Excel. Knowledge of the Xero accounting package would be advantageous but not essential. You will be supported one-on-one to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within Accounts Administration, Finance Administration, or an Accounts Support position.
