The role
As an AllSaints Stylist, you are the key link between our products and customers.
The majority of your time will be on the shop floor, styling and engaging with customers, with opportunities to gain experience in visual merchandising, store operations, and personal shopping. You will also assist with online customer inquiries via our customer service system, balancing in-store and online support.
You will work closely with management to meet store targets, promote our collections, and maintain an attractive store environment.
We provide comprehensive training and product knowledge to support your growth within the brand, offering opportunities for career progression.
What will I be doing?
* Spending most of your time on the shop floor, providing a fun, fast-paced, and varied experience
* Styling customers with our latest collections, sharing your product knowledge, and delivering exceptional brand experiences
* Maintaining store aesthetics, ensuring product availability, and upholding floor standards
* Managing stock replenishment, deliveries, and digital orders using our digital tools
* Responding to online customer inquiries via email, chat, and calls, resolving issues to retain customer loyalty
* Empowering yourself to make service decisions that enhance customer satisfaction
* Putting the customer at the center of all you do, working collaboratively with the team
* Greeting customers and tailoring your approach to their needs
* Maintaining cleanliness and organization of staff areas
* Supporting and observing peers, seeking feedback for growth
* Spending 30-50% of your time on online customer service, sometimes from home
* Collaborating with our customer experience leaders to ensure excellent service

* Knowledge of our brand, style, and values to influence and support customers and peers
* Positive attitude and enthusiasm for engaging with customers and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving skills, able to work efficiently under pressure
* Tech-savvy, comfortable using digital tools for transactions and customer queries
* Awareness of brand campaigns, lookbooks, and new launches, with passion for fashion
* Attention to detail
* A genuine love for fashion and representing AllSaints confidently
About the location
Our Lakeside, Essex store has been open since 2008, trading from 09:00 to 21:00 (seasonally adjusted). Our team is friendly, upbeat, and passionate about fashion, serving a diverse customer base. The store is approximately a 45-minute journey from London Fenchurch Street station.
