Business Support Coordinator - Maternity Cover (Part-Time) Annual Salary: £25,000 (FTE), pro rata for 20 hours per week Location: Frimley Job Type: Part-time, Maternity Cover We are looking for a Business Support Coordinator to work in Frimley, supporting various business functions including recruitment, fleet management, facilities management, and project support. Day-to-day of the role: HR & Recruitment: Develop job specifications, screen CVs, conduct telephone interviews, and arrange face-to-face interviews. Manage the recruitment platform including job postings, screening, budgeting, and invoicing. Maintain employee documentation and support with onboarding and offboarding processes. Fleet Support: Assist with fleet operations including vehicle ownership, leasing, maintenance (annual service & MOTs), insurance, mileage tracking, and documentation. Maintain fleet tracker. Project Support: Assist with ongoing or new company projects and certifications. Support the preparation of ISO9001 certification documentation and audits. Facilities Management: Provide general office management support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and addressing facility-related issues.
