Are you a Site Supervisor with a Carpentry background looking to move into an autonomous role covering a regional patch within the Timber Frame Roofing industry? This well-established and market-leading company offers a company vehicle, a 10% performance-based annual bonus, and ongoing opportunities for progression to Head of Contracts.
This company is a market leader in manufacturing and installing Timber Frame Roofing for a varied range of clients, including all major house builders. They have continually grown since their establishment and are part of a group of highly successful construction companies.
This varied role will provide you with the autonomy to manage your diary as you oversee contracts/projects. Your responsibilities will include liaison with clients and site managers. This role is heavily site-based as you will monitor the quality and progress of installation on-site, ensuring it meets or exceeds contractual requirements until project completion.

The Role:
1. Managing varied Roofing contracts
2. Site visits - regional patch
3. Overseeing projects and teams on-site
4. Conducting quality checks
5. Liaison with Site Managers, clients, and other departments
6. 40 Hour Week
The Person:
1. Site Supervisor, Manager, Contract Manager, or similar
2. Carpentry / Timber Frame background
3. Happy to regularly travel across a regional patch - South West England
