Worked as follows; 2.5 hours a week to be used to take two children to and from school Monday to Friday (8.15am pick up from home and 3.00pm pick up from school).
The remaining 7 hours to be used for prepping meals for the week, cleaning of the home, appointments and paperwork. To be discussed further at interview.

About the employer
The employer is a lady living in Rushden with her two children and two family cats. The employer has an eye condition called Macular Degeneration and is registered Severely Sight Impaired.
A Personal Assistant (PA) is sought to support the employer with taking the children to and from school during the week. Ensuring they have everything they need and that they are dressed appropriately for school. Prepping healthy meals for the week, shopping, cleaning of home, reading paperwork and supporting the employer with any appointments.
The employer will need their PA to be a good timekeeper and have good communication skills.
Main Duties
SCHOOL RUN – picking up both children and taking them to their school in the morning. Picking up both children from school and taking them home.
PREPPING MEALS – to support and assist the employer with prepping healthy meals during the week for the family.
DOMESTIC – cleaning of home, washing up etc, laundry.
SHOPPING – to support and assist the employer with shopping for the week.
PAPERWORK – to help and support with paperwork if needed. Help and support with organisation.
APPOINTMENTS – to attend and support the employer with any appointments that she has.
Additional employment information
The successful applicant will be friendly, able to give empathetic support, while respecting the employer’s independence but also able to take instruction.
Must be flexible, trustworthy, with a good sense of humour.
Full references and an enhanced DBS check will be required (cost borne by employer).
Full UK driving licence will be required.
