MANAGEMENT & PROJECT MANAGEMENT SKILLS COACH If you are a seasoned manager with a sound track record in the management and motivation of people and projects, had you thought about putting the man management experience you have gained over the years into good use and becoming a Management Skills Coach? Maybe you have already delivered training (not necessarily management), delivered or been involved in inductions, or mentoring people in your team and feel this is something that you would like to pursue as a career. You get a buzz seeing people learn. A Management Skills Coach is the first step on the ladder to becoming a fully fledged, professional management tutor. You'd be working for a well established, highly respected training provider who will train and mentor you to become a Management Skills Coach. You would be able to study for professional training qualifications and learn all about the science behind training and the skills you need in your personal toolkit to help your cohort of learners pass achieve their qualifications. You'd be allocated your own mentor who will guide and support you through the world of apprenticeships and Ofsted regulations. All the factors that are indicative of first class training. A Management Skills Coach would work from home and support their cohort of learners via teams, telephone and email. You would be delivering Institute of Leadership and Management levels 3 and 5. This is a full time permanent role and all interaction with learners is within usual office hours and not weekends or evenings. What you need to become a Management Skills Coach: A sound track record managing people. You need to be able to translate management theory into what it means in real life. A management or business qualification to level 5 or above such as: ILM, CMI, HND, degree, etc. You'll be working from home so you must have dedicated work space within your home and have the self discipline to apply yourself without being time managed. You must have clear and concise communication skills. You must be able to get your message across to your learners.
