Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Smart Metering Delivery Executive to join our team at Yorkshire Water. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the implementation and delivery of our smart metering strategy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of our smart metering contract, working closely with our stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day delivery of the smart metering contract, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including our commercial, technical, and operational teams.
* Work collaboratively with external partners to deliver the project on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
* Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may impact delivery.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in managing large-scale IT projects, with a focus on smart metering or similar technologies.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
* Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
