Your role:
1. You will support various compensation projects within the Nordics and Baltics (NRB) and Great Britain and Ireland (GBI) zones during all stages, from initiation to completion
2. You will assist with the local implementation of compensation processes across the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with global standards
3. You will help us with ad hoc analyses and generate compensation-related reports to assist in decision-making and strategic planning together with our team colleagues
4. You will contribute to the development and implementation of new compensation tools and processes, driving continuous improvement
5. You will support in preparing presentations for management approvals
6. You will create professional PowerPoint presentations for management, showcasing data, findings, and recommendations
About You:
7. You should be currently studying or recently finishing a degree in business administration, human resources, economics, psychology, management, business education, mathematics or a comparable course of study related to compensation
8. You should be competent using MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
9. You will have ideally already gained some exposure to or practical experience in HR management or in consulting (for example through a previous internship)
10. You should enjoy working in an international team, and have a good command of English
11. You should be reliable and able to demonstrate a proactive approach to familiarising yourself with new topics
