They are working on some of Scotland's most notable projects across Education, Health, PBSA and BTR. Job Description As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will play a key role in the design and construction of a groundbreaking healthcare facility in Glasgow. This project represents a significant investment in the future of healthcare in the city and will provide an opportunity to work on a state-of-the-art facility that will set new standards in patient care and architectural innovation. Responsibilities Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop and refine the project's design. Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to oversee the construction process. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality. Solve technical and design challenges to deliver a successful project. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Architectural Technology or a related field. Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist, preferably on healthcare projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software. Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
