Commercial Aftersales Accessories Manager (MC515)
We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Manager Accessories to join our Aftersales Commercial team at Triumph Motorcycles global headquarters in Hinckley, Leicestershire.
The primary focus of the Commercial Manager Accessories will be to foster dealer and customer loyalty, driving the purchase of genuine Triumph accessories through marketing, promotion, tactical activity, visual merchandising, product placement, and support.
The Commercial Manager Accessories will be responsible for driving sales and the dealer/customer purchase of genuine Triumph accessories. The role will also involve essential activities supporting our marketing, press, and brand events, working across the business with key stakeholders including Global Subsidiaries / Export Markets, Internal Colleagues, Triumph Dealers, and key agencies/suppliers.
This role requires excellent commercial strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage performance levels across a global network of 900 dealers. The following skills and experience are also required:
1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive/motorcycle industry.
2. Strong understanding of dealer networks and dealer management practices.
3. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
4. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with dealers and subsidiaries.
5. Advanced Microsoft Excel capability.
6. Familiarity with supply chain processes and forecasting.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Packages including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
