RS Worldwide is seeking an experienced and motivated Bar Manager to join our client hotel’s Food & Beverage team in Doha, Qatar. Chosen candidate will be provided a visa and flown to Qatar. As a Bar Manager, you will oversee the bar’s operations, manage a team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in alignment with their regulations.
Main Duties
* Bar Operations: Oversee daily bar activities, including inventory management, cost control, and supply ordering.
* Guest Experience: Provide exceptional service, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
* Staff Management: Recruit, train, and lead bar staff, fostering a positive team environment.
* Compliance: Adhere strictly to Qatar’s laws and regulations related to alcohol service, ensuring responsible service and customer safety.
* Menu Development: Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to design innovative and appealing drink menus.
* Financial Management: Monitor budgets, analyze sales, and prepare financial reports.
* Health & Safety: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, complying with health regulations and hotel policies.
Qualifications
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a manager or similar role in a luxury hotel or high-end establishment.
* Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities with a proven track record in staff development.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
* Food Safety and Hygiene: Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
* Problem-Solving: Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
