As a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Oncology, you will deliver expert nursing care and support to patients and their families facing cancer diagnoses. This role will complement our existing CNS provision for Breast, Haematology and Palliative care, and will be supporting a range of consultants and tumour types. including (GI, Gynae, Skin, Lung, Neuro). Key responsibilities include: Providing specialist, evidence-based, individualized care to patients based on their evolving healthcare needs. Conducting holistic needs assessments and developing responsive care plans. Working autonomously while building collaborative relationships across professional boundaries.
