Job summary We are looking for a Receptionist to join our small practice team. The Reception team plays a major part of representing the practice. They deal with patients and third parties, directing to the correct healthcare providers or teams this will alsoinclude greeting visitors, maintaining appointments and administration work disseminating information to practice staff. Main duties of the job The Main Duties of a Receptionist: Answering phones and forwarding calls to the appropriate party, dealing with patients at the desk and taking down messages for the practice team. Collecting patient information and providing it to relevant medical leads. Dealing with the appointment system for patients. Informing medical staff when a patient have arrived or is waiting. Having good computer skills. Having good communication skills. Handling correspondence and other admin roles. Checking on medical staff throughout the day.
