Vallum Associates has partnered with a leading international provider of industrial water treatment solutions and process filtration. They are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to coach and mentor the sales team, as well as share their water treatment knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies that will drive revenue growth
* Hire, train and develop a high-performing sales team
* Set and track sales goals and performance
* Provide coaching and feedback to sales team members
* Build and maintain relationships with key customers
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in sales management
* Strong background in water treatment, wastewater treatment and/or filtration
* Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
