What's involved
1. Manage Customer complaint investigations and complete complaint documentation.
2. Facilitate CAPA and NCR investigations and may coordinate investigation documentation.
3. Review DHR’s and support batch record release.
4. Manage record retention practices within the site.
5. Manage site calibration activities and recordkeeping.
6. Support site inspection activities and recordkeeping.
7. Coordinate internal and external audits.
8. Support supplier quality and Customer assessment activities.
9. Track and trend site Quality data.
10. Support targeted Lean activities.
11. Complete other duties as assigned.
Required Experience
1. Two (2) years experience in a regulated industry (e.g., FDA/ISO 13485)
2. Customer complaint investigations
3. Audit coordination
4. CAPA and NCR investigations
5. Supplier quality and customer assessments
6. Calibration
