Director, Organizational Design and Workforce Planning

The Director, Organizational Design and Workforce Planning will lead the strategic implementation of organizational design and workforce planning technologies, processes, and tools. This individual will ensure that the organizations structure, talent strategies, and workforce planning capabilities align with the companys long-term goals and business priorities. The role will partner with Organizational Effectiveness and HR to drive end-to-end assessment, design, deployment, and sustainability of organizational design and workforce planning.This role is both strategic and operational, requiring cross-functional collaboration and an innovative approach to managing change in a dynamic environment.
