What you will be doing:
1. Managing any incidents, requests, changes and problems, within given SLAs Manage the support for all in scope Client Messaging services, including on-premise Exchange 2016/2019. Including (but not limited to): mail routing issues, mail connectivity issues, mail security monitoring, mailbox sync issues etc.
2. Maintenance and production of technical documentation to facilitate knowledge share and skills development.
3. Proactively monitor the environments for issues.
4. Execute tasks to support Maintenance and Lifecycle activities, including Patching of services.
5. Integration and testing of new infrastructure technology (both hardware and software).
6. Make proactive suggestions for improvements to client services and propose how this can be delivered with the benefits realised.
7. Represent Sopra Steria in various Infrastructure projects with the client.
What you will bring:
8. Proven experience with Exchange 2016/2019 or similar.
9. An understanding of Forefront Identity Management (FIM) and Microsoft Identity Management (MIM).
10. A good understanding of group policies (GPO).
11. Proven experience with Microsoft Active Directory at Enterprise/Multi Forest scale.
12. A good understanding of powershell scripting and reporting.
13. Knowledge of VMWare and experience working in virtualisedenvironments.
It would be great if you had:
14. Experience with MECM (SCCM).
15. Knowledge of Postfix/Sendmail.
16. Microsoft Certifications (MCP, MCITP, MCSE, MCSA, MCTS).
17. PingFederate Experience.
18. Cisco IronPorts.
19. ITIL Qualified.
