Responsibilities
:
1. Lead and manage a four-person People Analytics team, delivering strategic HR reports using Power BI.
2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance HR reporting and data analysis.
3. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to identify and improve processes.
4. Drive technological advancements to support and elevate the People Analytics function.
5. Advocate for people analytics across the organization, promoting its value.
6. Coach and mentor team members to build their skills and capabilities.
Requirements:
7. Experience leading a data analysis team in financial services.
8. Expertise in Power BI and advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot).
9. Strongmunication skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
10. Degree qualified with a focus on data analysis (preferred).
