Sales and Reservations Consultant required by a popular adventure travel company. Within this role you will sell worldwide group tours to active travellers. 22K basic plus commission. Hybrid working at their beautiful offices with their friendly team in Hertfordshire. Sales and Reservations Consultant Responsibilities: Use your expert knowledge to help customers choose the right trip Nurture customer relationships Respond to travel enquiries via web/live chat Pro-actively sell travel through following up on leads. Work closely with Tour Leaders and Suppliers at Destinations Participate where required in overseas educational/UK trips and occasionally attend trade shows on company business. Sales and Reservations Consultant Experience Required: Sales experience - desirable (ideally within the Travel Industry sector) Customer service experience – phone (essential) Friendly and empathetic manner. Sound geographical knowledge and ability to inspire people to travel Sales and Reservations Consultant Additional Information: Hybrid role – Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursday in the office 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
