Be responsible for the safety and well-being of setting users through checking risk assessments are updated and relevant, supporting and where necessary, undertaking first line child protection measures. Be responsible for ensuring parents, carers and other visitors are made to feel welcome when visiting the settings and that they receive appropriate information and timely advice. Be responsible for the overall compliance of required documentation, for example the registration of children, Ofsted requirements and Safeguarding procedures. Be responsible for overseeing all aspects of finance, for example managing the financial software ensuring that places are booked, and parents / carers charged accurately. Training will be given to ensure you are fully compliant. Be responsible for overseeing the collection, recording and reconciliation of payments.
