About the Role: Bookmark is working in partnership with a brand new nursery setting to recruit a qualified Level 3 Nursery Nurse. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and early education, ensuring that each child is supported in their developmental journey. You’ll work alongside a dedicated team to plan and deliver engaging activities, creating a nurturing and stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver day-to-day care, ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all children.
* Plan and implement activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Track and monitor children's progress, completing regular observations and assessments.
Create strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere.
* Follow safeguarding, health, and safety guidelines to maintain a safe learning environment.
* Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development, promoting positive behaviours.
About You:
* Level 3 Early Years qualification (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent).
* Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting.
* A passion for working with young children and supporting their growth.
* A thorough understanding of the EYFS framework and early childhood development.
* Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach.
* A positive, caring, and energetic attitude.
