Role Responsibilities Taking ownership for driving and managing projects to deliver successful outcomes for our technology teams. Project manage cross-functional delivery teams by working closely with all areas of our technical and business communities. Collaborating with stakeholders to manage project schedules, expectations, and budgets. Leading and managing technical projects that vary in budget and complexity to deliver successful business outcomes. Working with assigned project teams to execute deliverables, manage delivery roadmaps, establish project schedules, and resolve issues. Ensuring we execute and deliver successful projects on-time, to quality and to budget. Managing project governance and reporting to ensure policies, processes and standards are followed. Managing internal and external dependencies to ensure deliverables are executed to achieve successful business outcomes. Leading and implementing best practices to improve our methodology and quality of delivery across our projects. Requirements Have excellent knowledge and experience of delivering projects using project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. Be experienced in using Project Management tools such as Jira, Confluence and others. Be a naturally strong communicator, with an ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and present technical content. Be an innovative, collaborative and positive team player with excellent relationship building skills. Have a proven record of great project outcomes and delivery success. Be able to design and deliver project plans and align and manage project deliverables and tasks for successful execution. A tenacious, results-oriented outlook with the ability to prioritize and deliver key initiatives. Highly self-organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and priorities. A good level of technical awareness including knowledge of cloud services (e.g. AWS) and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Have experience of managing risks and issues to delivery and taking ownership of proactive mitigation plans. Have solid experience of establishing, managing, and monitoring project budgets and forecasts. Be able to travel and work either in our London office or Oxford office around twice a month.
