•This role is open to qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with experience in managing a varied caseload of employment claims. You will be responsible for handling a varied complexity caseload of employment claims from the initial instruction until the final hearing and beyond
•The appointed candidate will be responsible for managing claims efficiently, delivering precise and transparent legal advice, and effectively managing client expectations. Additionally, they will oversee the work of junior employment lawyers, offering expert support and guidance throughout the litigation process.
•The appointed Legal Professional will be an experienced solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
•Solid knowledge and understanding of employment law and Employment Tribunal procedures is required.
•This FTC is offered on a hybrid basis with 3 days per week worked remotely.
