Role Overview:
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and servicing gas fired appliances and associated HVAC plant & equipment, as well as performing a range of facilities maintenance tasks across a diverse portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct routine service and maintenance of gas fired appliances and HVAC plant and equipment
* Perform mechanical work, including maintenance of pipework, seals, pumps, and pressurisation units.
* Oversee the maintenance and repair of building systems across a portfolio of contracted sites.
* Execute general facilities maintenance tasks, such as replacing belts and filters, maintaining Air Handling Units (AHU) and Fan Coil Units (FCU), performing PCB changes, conducting water temperature checks, and managing emergency lighting systems.
* Participate in the company’s on-call rota, providing full out-of-hours support to our clients as needed.
Essential requirements:
* Served recognised apprenticeship
* ACS Commercial Gas qualified
* Highly skilled in all aspects of servicing and repair work
* Good problem-solving skills
* Able to demonstrate a strong focus on customer care combined with excellent communication skills
* Full UK Drivers Licence
* Willing to work overtime
* Undergo relevant Disclosure/CRB checks
