The Grounds Care Group is an established Grounds Maintenance, Gritting and Invasive Weed Management Company working with multiple multi-sector clients across the UK. Our business is growing, and we are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our grounds maintenance team as Contract Administrator providing administration service support to our business and our operational managers. In this role you will be responsible for: · Co-ordination, scheduling and administration of grounds maintenance works throughout the UK. · Creating and processing job costings for contracts - Co-ordination of payroll administration for the operational team · Providing day-to-day administrative support to our Contract Managers and Supervisors. · Ensuring the accurate tracking of tasks and making sure timelines are achieved. · Managing the administration of major client contracts ensuring all stakeholders are kept up to date with progress and activity. · Booking and tracking of works visits ensuring timely follow up · Working closely with our clients as well as our internal stakeholders · Attending planning and programming meetings. Requirements To be successful you must have: · Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with all stakeholders · Great administration skills with exceptional attention to detail · Strong planning and organisation skills · A strong commercial approach · Great attention to detail This an interesting and varied role which will suit someone with a solid administration background who is keen to develop their career in project co-ordination.
