What You’ll Bring:
HRConnect are looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our business development and bid management initiatives. In this role, you will focus on generating new business leads, handling customer inquiries, and driving client acquisition for our HR Connect portfolio. Your responsibilities will include engaging with clients, showcasing our product offerings, and ensuring smooth follow-up and successful closure of business opportunities.
What You’ll Achieve:
As Sales Coordinator you will:
Respond to inbound inquiries, proactively discover new business leads, and provide expert advice to clients on HRConnect portfolio acquisitions
Distribute marketing materials, promote offers and updates, and ensure tailored solutions for customer needs
Follow up on qualified leads, manage bid proposals, and coordinate the input from various teams to ensure successful business closure
Conduct outbound consultative marketing calls, securing new clients by highlighting the benefits of HRConnect products
Identify suitable bid opportunities and coordinate the timely and successful submission of proposals
Maintain product knowledge, perform administrative tasks, update CRM, and collaborate with colleagues to align on objectives and strategies.

What We Require:
Previous experience in sales, business development, or bid coordination
Strong communication and consultative sales skills
Ability to manage multiple leads and follow up on quality prospects
Experience with CRM software and strong organisational skills
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn about the HR industry and products
