Responsible for directing the design, development, implementation, governance & maintenance, measurement, and evaluation of operational processes and procedures. This role will train, coach and consult functional process owners within Stericycle on Business Process Management principles. This role will also assist with the creation, implementation and adoption of specialized operating plans for new customers.
Key Job Activities:
Lead cross-functional teams to create of operational processes, procedures, and work instructions. This includes internal and external customer/stakeholders.
Maintain a central repository of all relevant documentation. Build data governance into approval workflows. Ensure adherence to governance rules are adhered to by stakeholders. Communicate changes to employees impacted. Work with training groups on building content.
Work closely with Commercial team members to identify when customers are requesting activities outside the standard process. Recommend and facilitate workable solutions with stakeholders. Responsible for creating customer specific operating plans and communicating to impacted parties.
Research, collaborate, recommend, and justify innovation that will improve efficiency and lower Stericycle's cost to serve.
Model/map end to end operational processes to measure and evaluate opportunities for efficiency.
Project Analysis and reporting
Support broader process and procedure projects, as needed.
Required Education: Bachelor's or equivalent.
Preferred Education: Master's or equivalent.
Experience (EMEAA):
Have strong understanding of process management related concepts.
Must be comfortable working with senior management as the content and insights provided by this individual are shared throughout various levels of the organization.
Demonstrating advanced use of Microsoft applications is a requirement.
Ability to articulate and present complex data in a user-friendly format is critical to the success of this role.
Must have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Must be subject matter expert with ability for business process simulation and optimization.
