About the Role
As a 3rd Keyholder at Claire's, you will be responsible for:
* Supporting your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with the achievement of retail store targets by driving sales
* Opening and closing the store in the absence of management, ensuring it trades safely and legally
* Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service
* Ensuring customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience
* Assisting customers with queries using your product knowledge
* Processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions
* Providing ear piercing services (full training provided)
* Maintaining a presentable and inviting store appearance

Qualifications - External
About You
* Some high school education required
* Minimum 1 year retail experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Organizational skills and basic computer literacy
* Understanding of customer service importance
* Strong math skills and reading comprehension
* Ability to stand during shifts
* Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
* Physical ability to bend, stoop, reach, climb ladders and step stools
* Ability to operate POS systems
