Our Paid Social Media Manager role offers a unique opportunity to join this team work on some of the biggest media budgets in the UK, building a legacy for our brands and organisation. OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
As a Paid Social Media Manager you will be responsible for:
1. Leading the paid activation across all social media platforms, managing campaigns end-to end to deliver against brand awareness and performance objectives.
2. Driving insights and developing paid social strategies as part of overall digital planning.
3. Leading the analysis of campaigns in real-time and on a going basis, to recommend and deliver optimisations against key metrics e.g. impressions share, quality score, conversion rate and budgets.
4. Managing multi-million £ budgets and executing within all internal guidelines and controls as well as driving efficiencies.
5. Building and managing relationships with external media vendors and tech partners.
6. Working with the broader digital activation team to develop strategies and ensure synergies within the media mix.
7. Coaching and developing the Paid Social Executive.
8. Supporting innovation to remain ahead of the competition, connecting externally to stay in-touch with the latest trends.
9. Working closely with multiple stakeholders (Media, Trial, Analytics & Insights) and partners to deliver a consumer-centric data strategy.

Head Office Location: This role is based in our UK Head Office in Weybridge, Surrey which is an easy commute from London with regular trains from Waterloo and a free shuttle service from the station to the office. There is free on-site parking with access to dedicated electric vehicle charging points. There is also an on-site Costa Coffee, discounted restaurant for breakfast and lunch and a state-of-the-art gym facility.
Flexibility : We operate a flex at work approach, with flexibility built into the role. Our UK Media Team spend 3 days of their week collaborating together in our offices or at our external partners or customers. This is balanced with 2 of their days spent on focused work which most tend to do from home. Of course, we do a bit of both every day, but we encourage our teams to choose where they work based on the jobs to be done.

Job Qualifications
WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU…
10. Have proven experience in paid social media buying across awareness and performance campaigns with a mastery of campaign set-up, optimisation and reporting and managing large budgets.
11. Are a proactive and agile leader with excellent collaboration skills, able to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders to drive action.
12. Can demonstrate strong strategic and analytical thinking to assess and recommend opportunities.
13. Have experience or a strong passion for coaching Executive level employees.
14. Have mastery in biddable digital platforms e.g. for Facebook Business Manager, Tik Tok for Business, YouTube. Experience with 3rd party verification tools e.g. MOAT is advantageous.
15. Are competent using Microsoft Office Package.
16. Have experience with Consumer-Packaged Goods companies (although not essential).
