An adventurous and spirited 11-year-old boy is looking for a compassionate and creative Support Worker to join his world! About the role:
This young boy enjoys staying active and exploring sensory activities, so the ideal candidate will be adaptable, fun-loving, and ready to keep up with his ever-changing interests. Support will be needed for daily living tasks, and participation in therapies, as well as getting out and about to experience new things.
He lives with his loving family, who play a big role in his life, and he's looking for someone who is kind, honest, and eager to become a valued part of his support system. What you'll be working:
Location: Seamer, Middlesbrough
Approx. 14 hours per week (shifts to be discussed)
Salary: £14 per hour (weekdays); £16 per hour (weekends); double time on bank holidays
This post will include evening and weekend shifts and weekday daytime hours during school holidays if required.

JSP Ltd provides an essential service to both adults and children who have suffered brain and spinal injury. Qualified staff assess clients' needs and offer individually designed case management and rehabilitation programmes. The company was established in 1994 and is now a successful rehabilitation and case management consultancy, working in close co-operation with the legal profession. We now have five offices employing around 80 staff. We manage over 400 support workers and provide services to just under 400 clients nationally.
