- and right now we are looking to recruit for a Maintenance Assistant to join our centre.
The Maintenance Team have a shared vision to ensure that the Leisure Centre is maintained to an excellent standard. For that to happen you will be tasked with maintaining the building on a planned preventative and reactive basis. To include building fabric and M&E. You will be responsible for arranging, assisting, and monitoring any contractors required on site. You will be required to undertake any further duties or training as requested by the Maintenance Manager.

Serco manages these facilities on a day-to-day basis on behalf of the Trust
The successful candidate will have:
- Full UK Driving license and have your own car with business insurance, to be able to travel between Aquadrome and Tadley
- Be within 30 min commute of the Aquadrome
- Previous experience working in a similar role
- Knowledge of Health, Safety and Welfare Procedures
- Excellent Hands-on Skills and ability
- A high work ethic with good personal motivation and interpersonal skills
- Pool plant operator qualification
- Basic IT skills
