We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Registered Nurse to join our Dermatology Systemic and Biologic Clinical Nurse Specialist Team. This is a new role evolved due to the growing demand and increasing case load of Dermatology patients who are prescribed and monitored immune suppression therapy through the Dermatology Service.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will work in a clinical role alongside the current Dermatology Clinical Nurse Specialist team, providing efficient clinical and non-clinical support.
The post holder will participate in Nurse Led Clinics following agreed templates and protocols. The post holder will support and lead the Nurse Led Isotretinoin clinic observing latest government guidelines for practitioners who prescribe Isotretinoin. In addition to leading the Isotretinoin service, you will support and deputise the current Band 7. Duties will include assisting with the e-roster ensuring fairness, safety and efficacy within the CNS Nursing Budget.

Prior experience, knowledge, and skills in medical dermatology are essential.
The successful candidate will be in possession of the non-medical prescriber qualification with competency demonstrated in the specialty of Dermatology.
