We are seeking to appoint a full time booking clerk to join our Sarcoma Administrative Team at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre.
We are looking for a proactive, motivated individual who enjoys working in a busy environment within our friendly team in Oxford. The post holder will provide an efficient and effective clinical administration service to the department, consultants, nurses, and the wider clinical team.
Main duties of the job
1. Printing, scanning, and uploading documents into EPR.
2. Book appointments in EPR and check in/out.
3. Booking, cancelling, and rescheduling general clinics for the clinical team.
4. Dealing with incoming post and phone calls requiring administrative support for patients, staff, and external organisations promptly and efficiently.

Person Specification
Shortlisting criteria
* ECDL, MOS, or other IT qualifications.
* Good general level of education (e.g., 5 GCSEs grade C or above or equivalent - NVQ level 2 etc).
* Able to prioritise and organise your own and other staff's workload.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexible and reliable approach to work with good timekeeping skills.
