The Partnerships Account coordinator will work alongside the Partnerships Account Management team, supporting the team’s focus on the servicing and retention of our extensive partnership portfolio. Working to ensure the needs of our partners are met, and their expectations are exceeded. Additionally, nurturing relationships with our partners, ensuring that their sponsorship rights are delivered and that 50 Best communicates our partnerships accurately at all times.

Its event portfolio now includes The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants, Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants, Middle East & North Africa’s 50 Best Restaurants, as well as The World’s 50 Best Bars, Asia’s 50 Best Bars and North America’s 50 Best Bars. The team recently launched the inaugural edition of The World’s 50 Best Hotels, marking the brand’s first foray into the travel sector.
What you'll be doing:
* Building on existing templates to set-up and populate documents such as: critical paths, annual calendars, briefing documents, sponsorship assets trackers, guest lists, and cheat sheets.
* Booking and attending client meetings.
* Creating agendas, take meetings notes and share actions with key stakeholders.
* Distilling partners’ contracts and highlight the key milestones, deadlines, and KPIs to Account Management team.
* Working closing with internal stakeholders and attend planning meetings.
* Supporting with the coordination of key partnership tasks for international and regional sponsors for the 8 annual event programmes 50 Best delivers, including coordinating accurate updates to sponsor lineups, media monitoring, logos, and assets.
* Regularly communicating with some partners, primarily via Teams calls and email.
* Directly managing some of the smaller partner accounts as their first point-of-contact.
* Producing pre- and post-event reports.
* Ad hoc administration duties for the Operations Director and fulfilling of any necessary duties delegated by the Operations Director and Senior Partnerships Account Manager.
* Attending face-to-face meetings with key accounts on an ad hoc basis.
* Attend international 50 Best events on an ad hoc basis.
* Supporting the Event Management team with administration duties such as marketing collaterals, guest list, flight and accommodation logistics.
What you'll need:
* Accuracy, outstanding attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* A high level of IT competency specifically with Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
* To be a highly punctual, organised, efficient and pro-active individual.
* Willingness to learn and develop.
* To be a confident team player and thrive in a collaborative environment.
* Proven track record of strong relationship building skills with excellent client care
* To have excellent time management skills in order to prioritise tasks effectively.
