Job summary We are looking to recruit a part-time Receptionist/Administrator to join our GP practice. This post is 22 hours to be worked between the hours 07.45-18.30 Monday to Friday. Successful applicants are expected to provide cover for annual leave/sickness. You would need excellent communication and listening skills. It is expected that you will conduct yourself with tact, sympathy, and efficiency and remain pleasant at all times. Receive, assist, and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional. All patients diagnosis and treatments must be held in the strictest confidence at all times. Offer general assistance to the practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors.
