Role Overview: Customer Service Advisor
As a Telephone Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for all clients. Your main focus will be to enhance customer satisfaction and create appointments through proficient communication and support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handle incoming customer calls efficiently and effectively, providing accurate information and assistance.
2. Resolve customer issues and complaints swiftly to ensure complete satisfaction.
3. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
4. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer queries and problems.
5. Identify opportunities to enhance customer service.
6. Adhere to company guidelines and brand standards in all customer interactions.
7. Commitment to work every Sunday and 4 weekdays between Mon-Fri (5 days per week in total).
