Join us as a Professional Services Training Consultant to revolutionize facilities management training with our software solutions. You will deliver training, support clients, evaluate course quality, stay updated on industry news, and share expertise with colleagues.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Delivering pre-defined and ad-hoc training on MRI’s FM products.
2. Maintaining client contact during training.
3. Reviewing and improving training materials.
4. Staying current with industry trends and product updates.
5. Providing support and guidance to clients.
6. Managing workload and collaborating with project teams.
7. Sharing knowledge and working towards team and personal goals.
Requirements include:
* Deep knowledge of facilities management processes and industry standards.
* Experience as a training consultant or software trainer in FM.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Willingness to learn and travel within the UK and globally.
