Location: Hammersmith, South West London
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 8am to 5:00pm or 8:30am to 5:30pm

We are seeking an experienced Community Manager with lots of personality who can excel in being the friendly face of the business whilst running an efficient business centre.
Responsibilities and Candidate Experience Requirements:
* Provide exceptional customer service to all customers and visitors of the centre
* Be the first point of contact for all issues relating to the customer
* Ensure all day to day needs and requests are handled efficiently and effectively
* Encourage sales by conducting viewings
* Assist in hosting networking events to encourage new relationships with customers and relevent stakeholders
* Assist in finding enhancement opportunities that will increase the value of the centre
* Be familiar with the operating budget and systems used
