What You’ll Be Doing: Acting as the key liaison point for all client queries - a true ambassador for the business. Managing the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth and positive start to their journey. Coordinating project timelines and deliverables within national and key accounts. Building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to maximise account retention and identify opportunities for growth. Researching and sourcing new business contacts to help grow the account footprint. Preparing account performance reports, tracking KPIs, and feeding back trends and insights in regular review meetings. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in B2B account management, customer service or sales support is essential. Naturally organised, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and communication. Confident juggling multiple priorities, with excellent attention to detail. Experience working on projects or within project teams would be an advantage. Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Why This Role?
